Every service is outcome-focused. You pay for results — not hours.

  • Corrective action plan with deadlines
  • Available in Kiambu, Nakuru, Meru & more

📄

High ROI

We write structured, funder-ready proposals for farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses — built to win approvals from AFC, USAID, GIZ, county governments, and development finance institutions.

  • Full 9-section proposal with M&E framework
  • Detailed budget with unit cost justification
  • KES 2.4M+ in proposals written & funded
  • Delivered in 5–7 business days

🌍

Market Linkage & Export Access

Direct Impact

Certification opens the door — but you still need the buyer. We connect certified Kenyan producers to verified importers, exporters, and processors in Europe, the UK, and the Middle East.

🔍

Agricultural Due Diligence

For Investors & Buyers

We conduct independent assessments of agricultural projects, outgrower schemes, and cooperative supply chains — giving investors, buyers, and processors verified compliance intelligence.

  • Supply chain compliance assessments
  • Outgrower scheme risk analysis
  • Environmental & social due diligence
  • Written report with photographic evidence

👥

Farmer & Cooperative Training

Capacity Building

Practical, field-based training for smallholder farmers, cooperative staff, and internal inspectors — building skills to achieve and maintain certification year after year.

  • GLOBALG.A.P. compliance & recordkeeping
  • Pesticide safety & MRL management
  • Internal inspector training for cooperatives
  • Post-harvest handling & traceability systems

🏆

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do the certification itself?

No — certification is issued by accredited bodies such as SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Kiwa. We prepare your farm to meet every requirement so that when the certifier visits, you pass. Think of us as your coach before the exam.

How long does audit preparation take?

It depends on your starting point. A well-run farm with basic records may be ready in 4–6 weeks. A farm starting from scratch typically needs 2–3 months. We assess this on your first consultation and give you a realistic timeline.

Which certifications do you support?

We have hands-on experience with GLOBALG.A.P., Rainforest Alliance, FairTrade, KeGAP, SMETA, and GRASP. We also support farms pursuing organic certification and EU market phytosanitary requirements.

Can you write a proposal for our cooperative?

Yes. We write full proposals for donor grants (USAID, GIZ, EU), county government agricultural programmes, NGO co-funding, and private agribusiness investors. We handle everything from concept note to final submission draft — delivered in 5–7 business days.

Do you work with smallholder farmers or only large farms?

Both. Over 150 of the farmers we have trained are smallholders. We design our services to be accessible and practical for small farms, cooperatives, and out-grower schemes — not just large commercial operations.

How quickly can you mobilise?

We respond to all WhatsApp enquiries within 2 hours during business hours and can mobilise anywhere in Kenya within 48–72 hours of engagement confirmation.

Can I pay via M-Pesa?

Yes. All our digital products and consultation fees can be paid via M-Pesa. Send us a WhatsApp message and we will send you payment instructions immediately.

Not sure which service you need?

Send us a WhatsApp message — we respond within 2 hours and can mobilise anywhere in Kenya within 48–72 hours.
