Who We Are

A Bridge Between Kenyan Farms and the Global Sustainability Economy

Agrosocial Services Limited was founded in Nairobi in 2018 after seeing firsthand how many Kenyan farms and cooperatives were losing export opportunities — not because of poor farming, but because of audit preparation gaps that a specialist could fix in weeks. We registered the company with a clear mission: make international certification achievable for Kenyan farmers who are ready to compete globally but need expert guidance to get there.

We specialise in helping smallholder farmers, cooperatives, agribusinesses, and organisations prepare for international standards across six service areas:

We are not a certification body. We are the preparation specialists who ensure you are ready when the certifier arrives. Our work is drawn from Kenya’s real audit environment — across 12 counties, multiple crops, and every major international certification standard relevant to Kenyan agriculture.

Our clients range from multinational agribusinesses and county governments to smallholder farmer groups. We are a registered annual training supplier to Del Monte Kenya Limited and have delivered Rainforest Alliance standards training for Cargill Kenya and Tusha Tea Kenya. Every engagement is conducted under a signed contract, and every client name we use has given us written authorisation to do so.

Whether you are preparing for your first certification or scaling into global markets — we are the partner that makes it happen. Technical content reviewed for accuracy by certified agricultural professionals with active field experience in East Africa.

Why Clients Choose Us

Three Things That Make Us Different

We could list generic values. Instead, here are three specific reasons our clients choose us — and stay.

🎯

We Are Preparation Specialists — Not Generic Consultants

We do not certify. We do not audit officially. We do one thing exceptionally well — we prepare your farm to pass when the real auditor arrives. 94% of our clients pass first attempt. That number is not a claim — it is the result of seven years of doing only this, in Kenyan conditions, with Kenyan farmers.

🇰🇪

Our Knowledge Is Kenya-Specific — Not Imported From a Textbook

We know what Kenyan auditors look for, what Kenyan farm conditions produce as gaps, which crops create which compliance challenges, and how to fix them practically. Our guidance is built for real Kenyan farms — not adapted from European or American compliance manuals.

🔒

Absolute Confidentiality — What We Find Stays Between Us

Audit gaps and compliance issues are sensitive business information. Every Agrosocial engagement operates under a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as standard — not on request. We do not share findings, client names, farm details, or compliance gaps with any third party under any circumstances. All personnel involved in your engagement are bound by the same confidentiality obligations. What we find stays between us — always.

Our Mission

To make sustainable agriculture certification achievable, access to international markets practical, and growth sustainable for every Kenyan farm and agribusiness — regardless of size.

Our Vision

A Kenya where every certified farmer commands premium prices, every cooperative can access international buyers, and compliance is a competitive advantage — not a barrier.
