The most common reason farms fail certification audits is not poor farming — it is untrained farmers doing the right things wrong, or not knowing what records to keep, or not understanding what an auditor will ask them during a worker interview.
An auditor who arrives at a well-trained farm sees confidence, organised records, proper PPE storage, correct pesticide handling, and a team that can answer questions clearly. These are not accidents — they are the result of deliberate, practical training delivered in the farmer’s language, in the field, with real examples from their own farm.
Our training is not a classroom lecture. It is hands-on, practical, and delivered where farming actually happens. Auditors who have visited farms we trained have directly commented on the visible difference our training makes.

How It Works
From Training Brief to Field-Ready Farmers — Step by Step
Training Needs Assessment
We discuss your group size, certification target, crop type, current compliance status, farmer literacy levels, and training timeline. We design a programme that matches exactly what your farmers need — not a generic curriculum.
Custom Training Programme Design
We develop a tailored training plan covering the specific modules your farmers need, in the right language and format for your group — including practical demonstrations, role plays, and farmer-friendly record templates.
On-Farm Training Delivery
We come to your farm or cooperative centre and deliver training in the field — using real examples from your own farm, practical demonstrations with your equipment, and group exercises that build confidence and retention. Training is delivered in English, Swahili, or local language as appropriate.
Training Assessment & Certification of Attendance
We conduct a practical assessment at the end of training — confirming that farmers have understood and can apply what they have been taught. Participants receive signed training attendance records, which are required documentation for GLOBALG.A.P. and Rainforest Alliance audits.
Post-Training Support
We remain available via WhatsApp for follow-up questions as your farmers implement what they have learned. For groups progressing toward an audit, we provide additional guidance as the audit date approaches.
