What Is a Pre-Audit?
Your Farmβs Dress Rehearsal Before the Real Exam
A certification pre-audit is a full internal assessment of your farm against the exact checklist that the official certifier will use β conducted before the real audit date. Think of it as a mock exam with a coach who knows all the questions.
Most farms that fail their first certification audit do so not because of poor farming practices, but because of documentation gaps, record-keeping errors, or field conditions that could have been fixed in days. A pre-audit catches all of these before they cost you your certification.
We work to the same standards and checklists used by accredited certification bodies. Our consultants have direct experience with Kenyan farm conditions, Kenyan auditor expectations, and the specific non-conformances that most commonly cause first-attempt failures in Kenya.
