When you purchase a digital product from our WooCommerce store—including the Kenya Farm Audit Checklist, Agrosocial Starter Kit, Complete Kenya Agricultural Pack, or any other digital download—you are purchasing a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own personal or business use.

3.2 What you may not do

You may not redistribute, resell, share, sublicence, or reproduce any digital product purchased from Agrosocial Services—in whole or in part—without our written permission. This includes sharing download links, uploading to file-sharing platforms, or reproducing content in other publications.

3.3 Delivery

Digital products are delivered via a time-limited download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Download links expire after 7 days. If you experience a download issue, contact us at info@agrosocialservices.co.ke, and we will reissue your link at no charge.

3.4 Refund policy

Due to the instant-download nature of our digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased product, we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement at no cost. If you have not yet downloaded the product and wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will consider your request.

3.5 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Pesapal/DPO Group. We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard. Agrosocial Services does not store your payment card details. All transactions are subject to Pesapal’s own terms and conditions.

3.6 Product accuracy

Our digital products are developed based on publicly available certification standards and agricultural compliance information. They are intended as practical guidance and reference tools, not as professional legal or regulatory advice. While we make every effort to keep content current—particularly regarding GLOBALG.A.P. IFA v6, EUDR, and Kenya GAP standards—you should verify requirements with the relevant certification body or regulatory authority before your audit.

4. Consultancy and Services

4.1 Nature of services

Where Agrosocial Services provides consultancy services—including audit preparation support, proposal development, internal audits, farmer training, or market linkage services—these will be delivered under a separate service agreement. These Terms of Service apply to your general use of the website and digital product purchases. Specific consultancy engagements are governed by the terms agreed in writing at the time of engagement.

4.2 Subcontracting

Agrosocial Services may subcontract specialist consultancy services to qualified third-party agronomists or compliance specialists. We will inform you when this is the case and remain responsible for the quality and delivery of the service.

4.3 Limitation of liability for consultancy outcomes

Agrosocial Services supports farms and cooperatives in preparing for certification audits. However, the outcome of any certification audit is determined by the independent certification body conducting the audit. We cannot guarantee audit pass rates and are not liable for audit failures, costs incurred as a result of non-conformances, or loss of certification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on agrosocialservices.co.ke — including blog articles, guides, checklists, templates, images, and page content — is the intellectual property of Agrosocial Services Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

You may share links to our articles and pages freely. Brief quotations for non-commercial purposes (such as academic citation or journalism) are permitted provided you attribute Agrosocial Services Limited as the source and link back to the original content.
